After eating about way too many snacks at my desk just now, along with the healthy little salad I packed, I’m in the mood for more fresh lunches…so I stop snacking so much. But my exercise just makes me ravenous! 
This stacked mason jar salad idea is amazing. Snaps to my friend Bianca, runner girl extraordinaire and future triathaloner, for the idea. 
You pile your ingredients inside the jar, stacking based on moisture and ending with the first ingredient on the plate (spinach, lettuce, etc). My ideal salad would be similar to this, with spinach, quinoa, butternut squash cubes, cranberries, pecans and a simple dressing. 

This is a great idea!!!

Day one:

Today wasn’t bad at all. My hunger level stayed at a manageable level. I feel hungry now but I know once I go to sleep I’ll be okay. I worked out for 30 min. I also drank a lot of water :) Overall, today was pretty good.

Hey, we are currently almost the same weight, but i can't loose weight. I just keep eating. What makes you stop eating?

I don’t stop eating, i try to eat healthy and exercise as much as i can.
